Damiano received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Perugia, Italy and Master's degree in Cognitive Neuroscience and Neuropsychology at the University of Bologna, Italy. He spent also a period as an exchange student at the Psychopathology and Affective Neuroscience Lab, University of Ghent, Belgium. Currently, he is a PhD student in Cognitive Neuroscience at SISSA and his research interest is to understand brain reward systems in healthy participants and patients.
His favorite food is pasta alla carbonara.
