Sofia Osimo

Sofia has received her Bachelor's degree and her Master's degree in Clinical, Developmental and Neuropsychology at the Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, Italy. Her thesis was done in collaboration with the Experimental Virtual Environments (EVENT) Lab for Neuroscience and Technology of the Universitat de Barcelona, Spain where she spent a year as a visiting researcher studying the influence of change in body perception in behaviour and problem solving. Since 2014, Sofia is at SISSA, where her main research interest is the study of eating disorders, their neural signature, and the evaluation of their treatment.

 
Her favorite food is lasagna with eggplant sauce.
